Private Master Suite in Santa Monica 2 Bdrm Apt

Hiii!! My roommate is moving out in the next month or two so I am looking for someone to take over her lease of the master suite in a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a very spacious unfurnished room with a massive walk-in closet and private bathroom. The apartment is super bright and airy on the second floor of a 6 unit building. Located about a mile away from the beach with easy access to the 10 freeway and only 5min drive to both the Promenade and Main Street. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and parks nearby. Clean remodeled kitchen and bathroom with ample living and dining room space. Tandem parking spot with option of permit street parking, also very easy street parking for guests. Laundry on site. Utilities, about $60 a month (varying by season), include electricity, gas and internet. We have incredibly chill and friendly neighbors both in the building and on our street. Surrounded by lovely neighborhoods to walk around and plenty of places to bike to and explore!
