What I'm looking for in a roommate

We’re looking for someone who is drug-free, smoke-free (including vaping), and most importantly, respect quietness at all times (think library). If you regularly play music via speakers or play live instruments, this is a bad fit for you. No parties, no stay-in significant others, no pets.
