Hot Damn! This Room Has It All!

Hey there! I'm Cian Favat and I'm looking to rent a room for my 2bd, 1br apartment in Franklin Village! Move-in would ideally be October but I can be flexible. Security deposit would be $500 (what a steal!) I have a fully furnished apartment with a large empty bedroom available for rent. The room also has floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a huge closet. We have the works! - In-unit washer and dryer - Central Air - 5-minute walk to Griffith Park - Marble Countertops - Wood Flooring - 110" drop-down Projector Screen - Nintendo Switch - HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Etc.. - I can make cold-brew. - Cute dog! You're probably thinking, "Is it pronounced See-in?", or, "But Cian.. this sounds too good to be true". Well, if you are, YOU'RE WRONG! It's Key-in, and this pad is dope. If you enjoy movies and games, hanging out, or never interacting, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I'm also 4/20 friendly but would prefer any smoking be kept outside.
