I'm looking for a roommate for my spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath in Los Feliz! We have a great view of Griffith and the Hollywood sign, a pool, a dishwasher, laundry on site, awesome neighbors, parking, a little fitness room, a private front and back patio, air conditioning in all rooms, and we're walking distance to Vermont and Hillhurst. The available room has the back patio attached that’s *very* sweet (plant enthusiasts will be thrilled!) My sweet roommate is moving out because she got a job on the other side of town, which is why I'm looking to fill the room! I'm just looking for someone kind, respectful, and fairly laid back! I like to keep the place pretty clean, but not in a militant way. And of course, someone who likes Love Island is a bonus, but not required :)
