Hi there! Looking for a roommate for the Bedroom in a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in Brentwood. . It is a great building in a beautiful, peaceful area. The room comes with its own private bathroom, so no sharing necessary). and has a large closets and lots of storage space. Hot tub on the roof with panoramic views. Pool (heated) and gym and tennis court access included. The apt faces the side where the sun sets, so you get great afternoon sunshine and those famous SoCal sunsets. The apt has a modern kitchen and a lovely, furnished living room w/a separate balcony w/reclining luxury sun chair. There is also a hot tub/Jacuzzi on the roof, w/fantastic sunset views looking out over Brentwood, and Santa Monica. There is a washer and dryer on our floor. We get along great with female or male roommates. We are very clean and tidy but still fun. We are polite and respectful and you should be too. International people are fine too. Dogs are welcome.

What I'm looking for in a roommate

Someone who is fun, friendly, clean, polite and respectful. We're pretty chill in general. Open to males, females, and international roommates as well.
