I recently purchased the building in May 2017 and have been renovating the building since. The entire exterior was overhauled along with some of the units. I love real estate and own a few buildings in Los Angeles with my wife. I prefer to pay more for high quality products and reliable workers when doing renovations as I believe my finished product is a representation of who I am. I am a very attentive Landlord and I try to respond to Tenant requests the same day -- if something is wrong with a unit i never ignore it, I prefer to hear about issues right away rather than find out long after when it becomes much more expensive to fix. My goal is to make your living experience happy and as painless as possible. If my renters are paying top dollar for an apartment then I think they should receive professional service in return.
