I am looking for a room mate with a full time job who is clean and respectable. The apartment is a beautiful condo on Broadway (Golden Hill), just south of South Park (30th and Broadway). Looking for a 6 month or 1 year lease. Rent will come out to be $1200 which would include electricity, water, WiFi and trash. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with another female occupying one of the rooms. (she is awesome plus has a cute cat) Potential room mate will have their own bedroom and bathroom. The condo comes with in house washer and dryer. There are hard wood floors and living room is fully furnished. Also includes gated parking spot ! Complex also has a pool and jacuzzi.
