Great 1bd/1ba Pet Friendly W W/d In-Unit!

Hi there! My fantastic apartment is for rent/sublet beginning immediately. I had to move out-of-state for a new job, it's the only reason I'm giving it up! The unit is a large (650+ sq. ft), one bedroom, one bath that's pet friendly (as you can see from the photos). It was more than enough space for myself and my german shorthaired pointer, it would be great for a single person or a couple! It features a walk-in closet, stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, working fire place, coat closet, living room with built-in shelving, and extra storage closet in-unit with tile and hardwood laminate throughout. It's a very open layout, which is great for entertaining. It also includes a covered parking space. The unit receives lots of natural light, which makes the space feel even bigger and is right next to the shared outdoor space. It also has great access to MoPac and downtown! You'll be in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Austin: Clarksville! You're walking distance from Josephine House and Jeffery's, Medici, Zocalos, Cafe Galaxy, Fresh Plus and the Graffiti Park/Hope Gallery! If you have a doggo you're walking distance to the Clarksville dog park, and about a mile and a half walking to Zilker. Lyfts/Ubers downtown/to Rainey are super cheap (like between $5-$11), it's also great if you like to bike or walk around! Whole Foods is a little over a mile away and it's the perfect space for when festivals are in town! Email me if interested and I'll be able to put you in contact with the landlord and they'll set up a viewing appointment with you! Rent includes water and trash, you'd be responsible for electricity and cable. * please excuse the mess in my photos, I was in a rush packing.

Meet your future landlord

I lived in Austin for five years and recently had to move to LA for a job, but need to rent out my great apartment before I can get a new place in CA! I LOVED this apartment and wouldn't have given it up if not for the new job opportunity
