This is my home and has everything you need including fully appointed kitchen, linens, towels and plenty of closet space. I'm looking for a six month lease and am happy to work with a tenant who requires flexibility on move in/out dates. Available end of May/early June. Rent: $2500/month plus utilities. Refundable security deposit equivalent to one-month rent required. Pets are welcome, no smoking. Electricity, water and high-speed WiFi all already hooked up. Utilities typically run less than $200/month in warmer months.
