Amazing 1 Bd in Prime Hancock Park Available Now

I live in Hancock Park in an amazing 2 bd/1ba apartment that's on the second floor and overlooks the intersection. It's about 1200sq ft, a corner unit and has high ceilings and is very bright. The building is really beautiful and all of the neighbors are really friendly. There's laundry on-site and secure entry. Sycamore is one of the most desired streets in LA. It's adjacent to Weho and the Miracle Mile and pretty much dead smack in the center of everything. There isn't any parking in the building, but parking in the neighborhood is by permit (in certain areas) and it's really easy to park (it's easy to get a permit too). Ralph's and Trader Joe's are across the street and there are tons of shops, restaurants and coffee (and The Grove is about a 15-20 minute walk). The apartment has a big foyer when you first enter. The room itself is huge and has a walk-in closet. It faces Sycamore street and has a huge window. It will be provided unfurnished.

Meet your future roommate

My name is Eric, I'm 32 and I work for EY in Downtown LA. I work lots and occasionally work from home too. I travel lots for work (and pleasure) and am pretty active and laid back. I'm from LA, but have moved around quite a bit (SF, NY, Spain, Asia) but always find my way back home. I'm gay, I love to hike, play basketball and tennis and cycle around the city. I enjoy wine/beer, but my party days are definitely over. I want a roommate that I can connect with, but we don't have to be best friends. My previous roommate was awesome, but a great opportunity came up for her so she took it. Prefer a roommate who also moves around a lot and doesn't just always sit at home.
